Week 4 — Udemy: Web Development Bootcamp
Good news!
I have started the Web Development course on Udemy.
Don’t get too excited for me. I’ve only gone through the setup and introductory sections. But so far I am liking what I am seeing. The course seems to cover a wide range of topics related to web development in addition to basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
The main challenge of this course will be my own self accountability. It’s easier to complete educational material when you’ve got an instructor asking you about it every other day. I just need to make sure that I set aside enough time for it.
Next week I’m going to run through the HTML section of the course. I already know some of the basics but I want to be thorough. As with Photoshop and Illustrator in my Visual Communication class, I might learn things I missed with HTML in the Udemy course.
This is a pretty short first post for web development in Udemy but I’m hoping to make next week’s one longer.
